This modern architecture 130 m2 house, with its veranda leading to its own stupendous swimming pool, part of being part of the stunning mediterranean modern architecture is one of three similar homes of a small purpose-built terrace. This small complex of three houses, on a plot of 1,013 m2 plot, is easily accessed from an asphalted municipal road, separated from it by a retaining wall and a land-scaped loan area, common to all homes, from which the houses’ front-doors are all accessed. The complex and all its homes are built following high specification of building (reinforced concrete quality C30 / 37), waterproofing by Penetron, material and it is fully sound and thermally insulated, with extra sound installation between the walls separating the three homes. Each is fully airconditioned, centrally heated and double glazed.
